Friends of Diabetes Sierra Leone is registered as a Non-Governmental Organization in Freetown, Sierra Leone (Charity Registration No. 059).

• We provide relief to persons of all ages in Freetown and Koinadugu district and affected by diabetes.
   
• We run community diabetes awareness-raising, outreach sessions across Freetown and Koinadugu districts.
   
• Our team is based at 17 SOS Drive, Malama, Freetown, we conduct outreach services.
